The No Excuses Series #3 But I don't have a spotter!!! :'(!!

Nawwwww poor BABY!
Here's an idea for you if you've actually said this:
Use dumbbells
Use kettlebells
Use bodyweight
But the single best solution to this problem is:
Grow a good old-fashioned pair of balls
When the lack of a spotter is an excuse:
I'm going for a PR on Bench Press
I'm going for a PR on Squats
That is all.
