The No Excuses Series #3 But I don't have a spotter!!! :'(!!

Nawwwww poor BABY!

Here's an idea for you if you've actually said this:

  • Use dumbbells
  • Use kettlebells
  • Use bodyweight
But the single best solution to this problem is:

  • Grow a good old-fashioned pair of balls
When the lack of a spotter is an excuse:

  • I'm going for a PR on Bench Press
  • I'm going for a PR on Squats
That is all.
